Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts or raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat mixture until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Fold in nuts or raisins.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0
in 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove.
