Apple Fritter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. finely chopped apples
    3 pkg. Equal
    1/4 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring
    2 tsp. Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
    sprinkle of cinnamon
    1 piece diet bread
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except apples, Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement and bread together thoroughly.
    Tear bread into tiny pieces and soak in mixture.
    Add apples (or other fruit).
    Stir and drop by tablespoons into hot Teflon skillet with 1 teaspoon oil; cook until brown.
    Remove from pan and sprinkle with vanilla supplement.
