Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and eggs.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into angel food cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
