Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    2 buds garlic
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 whole red pepper
    2 c. water
    1 (No. 202) can chili beans
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Brown together first 3 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients, except chili beans and cracker crumbs and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove garlic buds and pepper before serving.
    Add beans and cracker crumbs.
