Dublin Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    12 oz. corned beef, chilled and cubed
    1/2 c. green onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    Peel and cube.
    While still warm, add vinegar, celery seed and mustard.
    Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt and lightly toss.
    Chill potato mixture.
    Add cabbage, pickle, corned beef and green onion to potato mixture.
    Make a dressing of mayonnaise and milk; add to potato mixture.
