Zucchini Bread(With Pineapple Variation) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. black walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add zucchini. Add dry ingredients.
    Optional:
    Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (or 1 large pan). Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
