Blintz Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 lb cottage cheese
    1/2 c Bisquick
    3 tbsp sugar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend with cottage cheese in a bowl with mixer until smooth.
    Slowly add Bisquick and sugar.
    Blend well. Add eggs one at at time.
    Pour mixture into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve with jam and/or sour cream.
