Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in flour, tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll balls in mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
