Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix gelatin and water according to package directions.
Add strawberries and pineapple, mixing well.
Put half of mixture in dish and refrigerate until firm.
Spread sour cream over chilled gelatin, then put remaining gelatin mixture on top.
Refrigerate until set.
