Vegetable Stuffed Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef cube steaks, pounded
    3 medium potatoes, cut in strips or a few frozen French fries
    1 can French-style green beans
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 can water
Preparation
    Arrange 1/6 of the vegetables on each cube steak. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Over medium heat, in hot oil, brown on all sides.
    Remove skillet from heat.
    Remove beef rolls.
    Add soup and water. Stir well, but gently. Add beef rolls.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
