Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh squash
    1 large onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated cheese or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and bell pepper until tender, drain well. Mash and add margarine and cheese or cheese soup, stir until cheese melts.
    Mix milk and eggs.
    Add to squash.
    Mix well, then add crushed saltines.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
