Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Fully cook sausage; drain.
Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley flakes.
Mix well.
Spread in unbaked pie shell. Beat together eggs and evaporated milk; pour over sausage mixture.
Bake on preheated cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
