Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices 40 calorie bread (crumbs made in blender)
    4 pkg. Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
    green food coloring
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. Equal
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract or to taste
    1 Tbsp. lime juice or to taste
Preparation
    Place crumbs on flat microwavable plate and microwave approximately 2 minutes.
    Set crumbs aside to cool.
    Blend all other ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Taste to see if lime or lemon extract is fine to taste.
    In a parfait glass, alternate bread crumbs and pudding.
    Serves 2.
