Stuffed Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin sliced sirloin steak (no bone)
    2 c. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak and pound steak slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and scant amount of garlic powder.
    Prepare 2 cups stuffing (from mix).
    Cool.
    Spread stuffing on steak; roll up and tie with string every 3 to 4-inches.
    Brown 1 sliced onion in the drippings; add 1 cup water.
    Simmer, then thicken.
    Pour over beef rolls.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Good served with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
