24 Hour 7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 boxes frozen peas, cooked
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break lettuce
    in bottom of bowl.
    Add in layers onion, celery,
    peppers
    and cooked peas.
    Seal with mayonnaise.
    Top mayo layer
    with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Toss just before serving.
