Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. dry Marsala wine
1 medium sweet red pepper
2/3 c. chicken broth, chilled and defatted
juice of 1/2 small lemon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. olive oil or canola
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. onions, sliced in rings
1 1/2 c. cooked rice or eggless fettuccini
Preparation

Rinse chicken under cold running water; blot dry.
Cut crosswise into 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch strips; set aside.
Then combine salt, pepper and flour in plastic bag and add half of chicken and shake to coat.
Repeat with remainder.
