Scotch Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, put margarine, shortening, cocoa and water; bring to a rapid boil. Pour into flour and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Make icing about 5 minutes before cake has finished baking.
