Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    While cooking beans, melt butter.
    Add flour.
    To the mixture with heat off, add sugar, onion, pepper and salt.
    Add above to sour cream; mix beans and cream mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Can add a crumb topping of crushed corn flakes and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
