Coq Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens, cut up
    1 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. tarragon
    2 small cans button mushrooms
    12 green olives, chopped
    1 tsp. anchovy paste
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken in olive oil mixed with red wine.
    Add onion, garlic and seasonings.
    Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients.
    Return chicken to pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
