Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. strawberries
    1 c. orange juice
    1 1/4 tsp. instant tapioca
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Set aside 6 strawberries.
    Puree remaining strawberries and strain into 4 quart saucepan.
    Add orange juice.
    In small bowl mix tapioca with 4 tablespoons puree, add to pan with spices. Heat, stirring constantly and boil until thick (about 1 minute). Remove from heat.
    Pour soup into large bowl.
    Add sugar, lemon peel, juice, and buttermilk.
    Blend well.
    Fold reserved strawberries into soup and chill at least 8 hours.
    Serve in melons garnished with lemon slices if desired.
