Mrs. Olson'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooking apples, sliced and peeled
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place the sliced and peeled apples into a greased dish. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Combine the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add the melted butter; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples; do not pat down.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until apples are tender.
