Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 green pepper
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. hot water
    1 pinch salt
    1 onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water, lemon juice and salt.
    Cool.
    Grind onion and pepper; drain off all juice.
    Mix onion and pepper with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and nuts.
    Combine the two mixtures and place in a mold to chill and set.
