Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken or 4 breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    2 stalks celery pieces
    6 Tbsp. fat (oleo)
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chipped
    6 tsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. top milk (evaporated milk)
    1 pastry crust
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, salt and celery in water until tender.
    Take chicken off bones, cut and arrange in a casserole.
    Put fat in a separate container; add flour.
    Cook and stir until smooth; add broth and milk.
    Cook until thick; season and pour over chicken and eggs.
    Top with pie crust and brown in a moderate oven.
