Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup lite mayo
    2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
    2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
    2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
    1 Tablespoon minced onion
    2 Equal
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix well and chill. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables.
