Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3 potatoes, chunked
    3 carrots, chunked
    1/2 c. tomato juice or water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in crock-pot; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover and seal with foil so no steam escapes.
    Cook all day on low.
