Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes (frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 lb. cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar) or desired amount
1 small onion, diced
30 Ritz crackers
season to taste (salt and pepper)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers, in a large bowl. Put in a large casserole dish or pan. Crumble Ritz crackers over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until crackers are brown.
