Barbecue Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion and egg.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Place balls in a pie dish.
    Cover.
    Microwave on Roast-medium (60%) for 8 minutes.
    Drain.
    Rearrange meatballs so that center ones are brought to the outside and outside balls are moved to the center.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Pour mixture over the meatballs.
    Re-cover.
    Microwave on Roast-medium (60%) for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meatballs are done.
