Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. wesson oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
dash cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixer bowl, cream sugar, oil and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour in greased floured loaf pan. Bake in 325 degrees oven about 1 hour and 20 min.
