Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    12 green sweet peppers
    12 onions
    12 small green tomatoes
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    Place in a large kettle.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars.
    Seal immediately.
    Makes 9 to 10 pints.
