Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 oz. chicken livers
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    onions, sauteed in margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. smaltz (chicken fat)
    a bisel (little mayonnaise)
Preparation
    Boil chicken livers until done.
    Mash while hot.
    Add mashed hard-boiled eggs, sauteed onions, salt, pepper, chicken fat and mayonnaise until it reaches spreadable consistency.
    Serve with crackers.
