Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 hot salsa
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    catsup
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients well. Spray with cooking spray 8-inch square pan or casserole dish. Mix 6 rounded balls of meat loaf. Press each ball slightly in pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check meat loaf 15 minutes. Before take out time, put catsup on top. Cook the other 15 minutes. Remove from oven. \"Freeze leftovers.\"
