Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thinly sliced, pared cucumbers
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Place cucumber slices in a large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients, except dill weed.
Pour over cucumbers and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with dill weed.
Chill thoroughly.
Yield: 8 servings.
