Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    16 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drain sauerkraut and press out excess liquid.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted into chicken with ease.
