Tuna Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 8 crushed saltine crackers
Preparation
    Crush saltine crackers.
    Add to mixture.
    After completely mixed, make round balls.
    Flatten out.
    Coat with cornmeal.
    Put enough grease to cover bottom of skillet.
    Put patties in.
    When grease is hot, brown.
    Turn over.
    Brown both sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Makes about 8 patties.
