1 deep-dish unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chives
1 small chopped onion
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained
6 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained

May use egg substitute and whole or skim milk.
May use low-fat cheese.
