Corn Meal Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal (this amount for 1 or 2 people)
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    skim milk (enough to make thin batter)
    sour cream (if on hand)
    1 Tbsp. grease
Preparation
    Mix well and drop by tablespoonfuls onto a slightly greased iron griddle, not too hot.
    Good with vegetables or with syrup and sausage, especially if crispy edged.
