Meat And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, diced fine
    small bits of parsley, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Cook
    the chuck, onion, parsley and oil on top of stove. Simmer until meat is done.
    Add to meat mixture one small can tomato sauce plus 1 1/2 cans of water.
    Cook for 20 minutes. Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish, salt and pepper to taste and pour meat mixture over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
