Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large real ripe bananas, mashed (4 small ones)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture (bananas, sugar and egg).
    Add melted shortening.
    Bake in 1 large loaf pan or 2 small ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
