Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes, cooked in skins
1/2 c. butter
1 small can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. onion
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes in skins.
Cool; then grate.
Mix together 1/2 cup butter, celery soup, onion, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Heat, then pour over potatoes.
