Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. halibut, swordfish or other boneless fish steak*
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 garlic clove (raw)
    4 sweet garlic cloves
    4 medium tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    lemon
Preparation
    * If using swordfish, cut into size for 1 serving (portion) a piece.
