Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices white bread
6 Tbsp. butter
6 slices cheese
6 slices ham
prepared mustard
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
Preparation

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (buttered), put 6 slices buttered bread; on top of bread, put a slice of cheese and one of ham.
Put a dab of mustard on top of ham.
Put the remaining buttered bread, butter side up, over the mustard.
Beat the milk and eggs until foamy and pour over top.
Cover with plastic wrap, etc. and refrigerate overnight; uncover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Heat a can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk and use as a gravy for topping.
