Peach Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sliced peaches
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg and 1/2 cup of sugar.
    Sift flour and salt along with the baking powder.
    Combine milk and melted margarine.
    Add vanilla flavoring.
    Add to sugar and egg, alternately with flour.
    Put in a greased 8-inch pan.
    Arrange peaches on top and press slightly into dough.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together.
    Sprinkle this on top and bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
