Quick Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (approximately 3/4 c. before cooking)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan, put milk, sugar, spices and oleo and mix well.
    Mix in shaker (or use blender) 3 tablespoons flour, egg and water.
    Add rice and flour mix to pan and heat 3 to 5 minutes until all hot.
    Pour into individual dishes or any size dish or dishes preferred.
    Let cool and serve.
