Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. cut up catfish
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. green onion
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    salt, red pepper and black pepper
Preparation
    Put a little oil in black Dutch oven pot, then add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat until fish is tender.
