Puttanesca (Hooker'S Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    4 oz. Calamata olives, pitted and chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. capers, chopped
    1 large fresh tomato or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can, peeled, chopped and drained
    1 can anchovies, chopped
    1 lb. thin spaghetti
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Heat oil in 2-quart saucepan and add garlic.
    Do not let burn. Add olives, capers, tomato and anchovies.
    Stir and heat for 5 minutes.
