Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh chopped broccoli
    crushed cheese crackers (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes (or fresh until almost tender) and chop.
    Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Add drained broccoli.
    Put mixture in a 2-quart casserole.
    Top with crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer.
