Pasta Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
    1 green pepper, halved, seeded and chopped
    1/2 cucumber, pared and chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. macaroni shells (1 lb.; use the large macaroni shells)
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes and their juice, pepper, cucumber, salt, pepper and oil in a large bowl. Toss gently. Add onion, garlic and parsley. Toss again. Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours for flavors to blend.
