Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 lb. stick chilled butter
    8 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    8 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    flour
    about 1 c. bread crumbs (fine, dry)
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Place breasts between clear plastic wrap; pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Remove wrap; sprinkle with salt.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 tablespoon green onion on each cutlet. Cut butter into 8 sticks and place 1 stick on each cutlet.
    Roll chicken as for jelly roll, tucking in sides.
    Press end to seal. Dust each roll with flour and dip in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs. Chill thoroughly, at least 1 hour.
