Hobo Dinners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, washed
    1 lb. carrots, washed
    1 large onion, washed and peeled
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into fourths.
    Cut carrots into sticks.
    Quarter onion.
    Make 4 to 6 hamburger patties.
    Place each patty on a square of aluminum foil.
    Place potato wedges, carrots, onions on top of each hamburger patty.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold the corners of the foil up together to form a sealed pouch.
    Place each pouch on baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours until potatoes are done.
