Crustless Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (save marinade)
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    cream or milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 8-inch pie pan with a little of the marinade.
    Dice artichokes and scatter them in the pie pan with the cheese.
    Combine marinade with the cream or milk to make 1/2 cup.
    Beat eggs with cream mixture and pour in pan. Bake 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
    Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4.
